TWCR 2026 | The Fine Print
1. Securing Your Spot - To keep our retreat intimate, seats are limited. Your place in the retreat is only confirmed once full payment is received. Since we make upfront commitments to our venue and partners to build this experience, all bookings are non-refundable.
2. Passing the Torch - If you find you cannot join us, you may transfer your seat to a fellow wedding professional. Just let us know at least 14 days before we head to the mountains so we can prepare for their arrival.
3. Your Comfort is Our Priority - We want everyone to sleep soundly. Our team will thoughtfully arrange room sharing with your peace of mind in mind. For the comfort of all, sharing is strictly gender-based (ladies with ladies, and gentlemen with gentlemen).
4. The Journey & The Valley Among The Hills - Our private coach departs from PJ strictly on time—don’t let the city hold you back! Please remember that Shanmuli is a valley-based sanctuary among the hills. We will be embraced by nature, which means fresh air, morning mist, and the occasional visit from local greenery.
5. Capture & Connect - This retreat will be beautifully documented. By joining, you’re happy for us to share photos and videos of our time together. We also encourage you to capture your own magic—all we ask is that you tag the collective and fellow creators who helped bring the beauty to life.
6. The Spirit of the Collective - This is a safe space built on community over competition. We kindly ask everyone to respect the tranquility of the valley and the hearts of fellow participants.
