This workshop is ideal for aspiring and new planners wanting to get a better and more thorough understanding of what being a wedding coordinator and coordinate the wedding day entails.

EVENT ORDER
Documentation for wedding day coordination. i.e. wedding day timeline, layout plan, guest List with table seating arrangement, contact list, confirmed vendor arrangements, media list banquet arrangement , etc.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF WEDDING DAY COORDINATOR
Dive deep into individual vendor categories where coordinators to go through the coordinator checklist before, during and after the wedding
ROLEPLAY
Attendees roleplay based on given scenario on the wedding day, practical application on roles and responsibilities checklist learnt earlier
CRISIS MANAGEMENT
Steps in handling crisis in wedding, types and scenarios of unforeseen challenges and emergencies on wedding day
